    Pros

    People are mostly good people.

    Cons

    Under new management. Loud work environment. Management is unprofessional. They do not promote within. They give higher positions to friends, former co-workers of management. People that work hard get no recognition. Those who sit around and talk all day are acknowledged as "good employees". People in higher positions don't do anything, all they do is delegate. People are not held accountable at all. Everything is brushed under a rug.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to staff. Actually invest in people who are in the company. Make people accountable.

    The desk level people are nice. great company to get your start in the industry

    Cons

    management is bad, they have managers that do not want to be manager and when you do something to make them mad they stop talking to you. bad salary for people who do a lot for the managers. over all a bad company... its set up for failure

    get over yourself

    A lot of good people work there

    Cons

    Management is terrible, nothing like I ever seen in another place I worked at.
    There is no rules only if they like you or not. One day you there and next you can be gone even if customers like you and your reviews are perfect.

    Be a human and treat your employees with respect.

    Pros

    Compensation is above average, Benefits are fairly good.

    Cons

    Upper Management are disconnected from their employees. Very poor training. Poor direction.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to value your employees and their experience.

    Pros

    Non manger employees are awesome. The long timer employees is what keeps the company going because without them their managers would be lost.

    Cons

    Hard work is not appreciated. Only those who suck up to the managers will move up or be rewarded of any kind. Managers don't know how to manage nor how to do their own work. Work is thrown on those who work hard because others slack but are in the managers favors.

    Appreciate ALL employees!

    I worked at Agility full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good people to work for with good intentions. There was a real sense of community. Agility offered good benefits and employee incentives.

    Cons

    I worked at a satellite office that struggled with resources. We were going through some financial difficulties at the time so it was understandable.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work. I had the sense that employees were valued and that means the world. One thing that I would suggest is move the IT department to the Philippines.
