I have been working at Agiltron full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working on many diverse projects is a big plus.

    Cons

Most projects lead to nowhere and only exist because of the government funding. One needs to spend a lot of time writing proposals for new grants. Compensation level is only so-so.

    Advice to Management

More of an advice to the US government - the whole SBIR business model needs to be redone (particularly DoD ones).

    Cons

However when the invention becomes practical, the management will tell you: " Don't think too much on it, it belongs to Company". They don't show any respect to original contributor.
