I have been working at Agnes Scott part-time

    Pros

The team I work with is awesome, my boss is understanding and flexible and I love helping other students.

    Cons

It can be overwhelming to walk through the door and suddenly have multiple projects to complete that day. I wish the work was more interesting and geared towards my goals/interests as a student. Also, it's frustrating to be told to do A,B, and C for a project then get half way through it and be told that you were supposed to be doing Z, Y, and Z the whole time.

    Advice to Management

There are some communication issues that need to be worked out.

    Pros

Impact on students! Work-life balance is solid, great colleagues, and a wonderful campus. Overall, very nice employer to work for. Benefits are competitive.

    Cons

Small community and sometimes limited resources. Women's colleges face challenges in attracting and retaining high quality students, and this issue does affect the campus as a whole.
