I worked at Agropur Coopérative full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

12 hour rotation, pay and benefits.

    Cons

If they hire you on nights you probably won’t see day shift if you really want it. Was a good workplace when I first started. Turnover plant wide always. HR and upper managment forgets about you so you’re at a dead end when you need something.

    Advice to Management

Supervisors are more understanding on what employees wants. HR and managment could be more engaged with employees.
