I worked at Ahli United Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Credit Program was great, but was in no way fairly assessed and monitored.

    Cons

Horrible Experience. Nepotism and favoritism play a major role on how you get ahead. Progression is not dependent on talent or hard work. The managers, CEO and DCEO should all be replaced with individuals that know how to identify and retain talent.

    Advice to Management

Invest in support function, IT systems and empower your employees a little bit.
