    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Aicomp Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Because it is small company, it is easy to contact the company owners directly and the environment is very friendly and informal, almost family-like.

    Cons

Also, because it's a small company, owned and founded by non-americans, a lot of the US legal and tax procedures are new and some policies that are considered normal for other US based companies are not well accepted at Aicomp.

    Pros

AICOMP offers competitive salaries and shows a genuine interest in the people that work there. The flexible work environment is a big plus and the travel opportunities are exciting. As a partner of SAP, one of the largest software companies in the world, I know that the experience I have gained with AICOMP will always be an asset to my career.

    Cons

The dynamic side of the work environment can be a little bit of an adjustment but has a plus side too. As with all medium sized consulting firms, there isn't a large hierarchical level of titles to advance through which is hard for some to adapt to that rate their personal growth based off of titles. The travel required to support projects can get old but it is all part of the consulting business. Upside is that management recognizes this and does it's best to compensate where possible.

    Advice to Management

Continue to embrace new technologies and expand offerings. A more formal employee review and communication process could be beneficial.

    Pros

    Cons

    Management is poor
    No profesional opportunities
    No good salary compensation
    No bonus structure

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people and listen to the employees.
