    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Aida-America Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fellow employees are extremely nice and more than willing to help you if you are stuck or need advise. Upper management is transparent in their goals for you and the company.

    Cons

Non that comes directly to mind. Projects sometimes mandate you stay longer than the typical 8 hour day, but this isn't necessarily a con for the company.

I have been working at Aida-America Corporation full-time

    Pros

Best office environment I have experienced.
Very good communication between departments, there were many team building programs used to bring people together.
The US office leads sales for the entire company which allows us to be more flexible with our designs and costing.

    Cons

The business is tied to OEMs and the automotive industry so it is very sensitive to economic downturns.

    Advice to Management

More training would be helpful and better effort at keeping the staff at an efficient level.

  3. "Micromanagers to a fault."

Extremely high level of detail applied to all facets of the company.

    Cons

Extremely high level of detail applied to all facets of the company to the point of analysis paralysis.

    Advice to Management

Learn to back off and allow staff to do their jobs.
