    Pros

    - Relative to the working hours the salary is too much good
    - a good chance to get with new generations
    - not that much hard

    Cons

    - lack of system
    - lack of organizing
    - lack of research facilities
    - lack of teaching facilities

    One of the greatest universities in the world

    i don't really think of any bad thoughts in the meanwhile

    A better opportunities to study aboard would be so usefully to all the academic staff

    some of the downsides working in ain shams university is the routine work in addition to not satisfied salary
