I worked at Air Arabia full-time

    Pros

Working at Air Arabia is a great start especially when you come to UAE with no experience. Job pays well and you get to travel

    Cons

Since it’s a low cost company, you can expect minimum rest between flights and irregular flying schedules, but not impossible to change your roster.

I worked at Air Arabia full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing that you can't find in any other organizations.

    Cons

I was working in a MNC in india with good experience in my domain. I was hired by Air Arabia as they were expanding their operations in other parts of gulf and for they needed someone to take up the documentation part quickly. I had worked in much more complex situations in USA and India and this was not even close in terms of complexity. My performance was evaluated and they found it satisfactory but fired me one day before completing my probation period. I thought that it was my hard luck but they repeated the same with another guy. He was working in a good MNC in Banaglore. That guy contacted me on Facebook and told me the story. Later, I came to know from one of my friend working there in Air Arabia that after getting their work done they finally hired a person at 1/4 of our salary to maintain it. They were hiring and firing one day before completing the probation as once your probation is over, you become a permanent employee and they were not willing to pay this salary for long. Also, my German boss was also fired right before me once company realized that his skills have been used and now it's a good time to hire a cheap resource to maintain it. Anybody, working in good companies should not fall in this trap of Air Arabia. They just want cheap labour and don't want to pay people for their experience and skills.
