I have been working at Air Berlin full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You will encounter many helpful and hard-working colleagues. With its dense short- and longhaul network you will enjoy great flight privileges after 6 months of employment.

    Cons

As the company has not turnen a profit since 2007 and is only kept flying through cash infusions from Etihad Airways, you will be working under challenging conditions and might encounter very unpleasant management practices.

    Advice to Management

Agree on and execute a workable and sustainable business model so that the airline can keep flying. Train management to get better and more motivated employees.
