    >alot to learn >teamwork learning >exciting and adventurous job >multitasking >authoritative >big banner job

    Cons

    >highly stressful >very less staffing and team players. >no regular shifts. >no holidays or festival offs. >very bad management >no hr policy. >no regular promotion and salary increment.

    Advice to Management

    recruit more staff regularly like other carriers does.

    I worked at Air India full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Work pressure was bit low compare to other international airlines

    Cons

    Pay package for the contractual staff is on the lower side

    Advice to Management

    It would be better to check how to retain the trained and well versed staff

    I worked at Air India

    Pros

    Nothing good to mention as this job was one of the worst job,it also offered only hardships rather than benefits.I would not recommend this job to anyone who wants to build up a good career with future benefits.

    Cons

    No job security,less payment,no perks as against long shift timings,less support/no support from senior management,group-ism among co-workers,which makes it a hard job.

    Advice to Management

    Consider employee welfare and provide better package of pay,also since employees are the back bone of a company and without employees there is no existence for any organisation.
