I worked at Air Liquide (USA) full-time

    Pros

Nice people, good team environment working in operations. Meetings were minimal and short. Didn't really feel a sense of politics.

    Cons

Can get hectic in operations, but that's what you're signing up for - some things will go wrong out of your control, but you just need to have thick skin, take responsibility, and move on. Account Executives tend to be bossy and try to call the shots for you sometimes.

I have been working at Air Liquide (USA) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

All the managers I interviewed with were nice and welcoming. Some managers asked challenging question about my experience, which I enjoyed. Air Liquide was flexible with my start date after I accepted their offer.

    Cons

No real cons during the interview process. I understand that HR has to ask non-engineering hypothetical questions. Even though I'm not a fan of these types of questions I understand that they have to be asked. My experience was positive overall.

    Advice to Management

Great job on being engaged during the interview process.

    Pros

Great company culture. Competitive salary. The work was interesting and most of my managers were bright, flexible, and reasonable to deal with.

    Cons

No more than most large companies. Acquisitions made engineers nervous and communication from the top could be better.

    Advice to Management

Keep the meetings shorter and more to the point.
