    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Air Techniques full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Air Techniques is located on Long Island and offers many different positions. The culture of the company is entrepreneurship in theory. There are many different ways to be involved and to work across departments. Employees are nice and the work environment is pleasant.

    Cons

As in many companies there are a few negative attitudes that can bring down the moral if you allow it. Upper management needs to be more in tuned with this problem. Salaries and PTO should be evaluated to help compete with other companies.

    Advice to Management

Stay in tuned with those working for the greater good and those not. Give more rewards for stronger work ethics.
