    Pros

    Excellent Team, excellent support and lot of learning opportunities. Flexible Working hours. Cheap Food in the canteen. Friendly people. Shower rooms and lockers are too good.

    Cons

    Company's Structure restricts your growth. No Wi-Fi for personal use. Less Pay.

    Many development opportunities, exciting projects and lots of nice people to work with.

    Cons

    Sometimes processes can be overwhelming and certain things can take forever to progress. The company is so big it is difficult to have visibility and understand the bigger picture.

    Strict hierarchical employment grading. HQ in France which is gravitational for highest job levels.

    - Vast knowledge within the building
    - Almost everyone is willing to help each other across all programmes
    - Flexible working hours
    - Interesting work
    - Great products
    - Very respectable company
    - Varied opportunities
    - Finish at 12pm every Friday

    - Career progress is slow(ish) in Engineering
    - Quite old fashioned approach to a engineering for a cutting edge industry
    - Slow to implement new technologies
    - Salary prospects aren't very inspiring

    - Empower engineers to implement new ways of working and technologies rapidly
    - Provide young engineers with more inspiring salary prospects to retain young talent
    - Create more intermediate seniority roles to provide more incentives and motivation
    - Empower engineers to be more skilled, creative and innovative; reducing reliance on Black Box Engineering tools

    Great place for innovation and growth .Great opportunities for talent to grow. New technologies and benefits.

    Cons

    Company needs to focus more on talent retention than management. Needs to understand that this is engineering company and not a business consultancy.

    Have reduced hierarchy.

    Pros

    Large company with lots of opportunity and scope to work transnationally. Excellent training structure and good he / occupational health support to support individuals with in / out of work challenges.

    Cons

    A large company where there is an expectation to do more than your contracted hours - despite the productivity you may display during normal working hours.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure that you recognise the good work completed by individuals and not just the hours clocked up!

    Great place to work with many benefits including flexitime, bonuses, bike to work, gym, healthcare, large spacious offices, Costa coffee and restaurants plus more.

    Lots of politics, head offices in Toulouse.

    Given insight and help along your entire internship. Good insight to a large corporation. Very flexible working hours.

    Below average pay. Does not give you graduate scheme access.

    I worked at Airbus (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    I worked for Airbus for over 12 years, it was a great job, great environment, and great people, and was gutted when my role came to an end.

    Cons

    None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Employ me. Although a contractor, I was, and still am, just as dedicated and committed to the Company as a permanent employee, and undertook every task with 100% focus and commitment. I believe in Airbus, and I would like to be part of the Airbus family again.
