I have been working at Airbus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay, benefits, and holidays are very generous. The work is interesting and the hours aren't bad.

    Cons

There's a lot of bureaucracy. Many decisions are made in Europe that would be best left to local management.

I have been working at Airbus full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

35h per week. Over hours paid.

    Cons

More and more former Airbus jobs are being given as work packages to supplier companies, that do the same work under worse conditions. Many former Airbus employees end up in one of those. That means back to 40h contract with less holiday and depending on the supplier, over hours not paid.

I have been working at Airbus for more than a year

    Pros

It improves your cv as you work for a big company in interesting projects. You get easily a great overview not only about the company but also about the aeronautical sector itself. Good personal treatment and work environment from workmates.

    Cons

It is just an internship. Very difficult to be hired after the internship period. There are some difficulties when trying to get involved in some duties as your role is not as important as others'.
