    I worked at Airbus

    Pros

+ top notch products + team spirit in international teams + salary & benefits + work life balance (work load can be pretty tough and challenging)

    Cons

    - club of friends promoting each other - pretty political environment (the French against the Germans and the other way round...) - difficult mood due to resctructurings - teams dominated by French workforce have a tendency towards reservations against English-only-speakers (which is of course the same issue in most of the multinantional companies).

I worked at Airbus full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good Work-Life balance, the Expats bring good work practices and help in creating a healthy work environment. Tremendous learning potential if the reporting manager is an expat.

    Cons

Most of the local employees in India are rotten to the core. From the HR (one of them was accused of Sexual Misconduct by an intern), to the business managers, you'd find some of the most worthless people holding top jobs. Petty politics and glaring incompetencies are their hallmarks. They cook up stories and manipulate the management largely comprising of expats, bigtime.

I have been working at Airbus full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Solid company. Good brand, Nice site locations, good salary and acceptable additional payments and social benefits. Depending on the department and boss good work-life-balance. The company has more activities, work fields and offers than you can use, realize or participate. International environment, good sport offers. Your patience and endurance is daily challenged.

    Cons

Big burocracy, expensive processes, no company culture, no dicipline, volatile company organisation (permant organisation changes, inclusive sites). It seems to be an own world and universe, nothing to do with the work and performance of SMEs. The company is very France oriented and dominated. If you want to see what you did achieve at the end of the day, it is the wrong place.
