    I worked at Aire-Master of America full-time

    Pros

I would not recommend working at airmaster

    Cons

Its sad how the second shift treats penmac employee. Supervisor treat them like they're better than them. One supervisor was dating a penmac employee that he met on the job There is so much more that went on there. Airmaster hires penmac employees to use them for one day to send them home to not come back. To have a new person come the next dadayIts a a sick game to them. I was there for two years to see it all.

    Advice to Management

Train your supervisors to respect their job treat other people like you would like to be treated, takey there job very seriously and respect everyone you don't know what somebody's been through until you walk in their shoes.

    Pros

Great customers, had a lot of fun working with different people, coworkers were amazing and very quick to help each other out when needed.

    Cons

Management takes absolutely no advice from employees even though they ask for suggestions on a regular basis. Sales were stolen by management and certain businesses were set as off limits and we were told that our sales were down.

    Advice to Management

Give employees more power if you want them to run their route effectively.

I have been working at Aire-Master of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They care about me, train me , and it is a fun place to work. I get to meet new people every week as I service the companies customers in this local area.
The Management listens and sometimes even takes advise !
The New CEO is taking charge and making great changes.

    Cons

If your not a real go getter and willing to put in a full days work
Then you won't like it here.

    Advice to Management

I love the new changes the CEO is implementing, its really making a difference , what with the Illness of the founder who was not able to be around much and has now passed away.
Keep it going you guys , I love it here.

If you aren't an 'attention to detail' sort of person or one who takes pride in your work you wouldn't be happy here.

    Pros

On your own with nobody by you while your working

    Cons

    Pay
    Benefits
    Insurance
    use your own vehicle
    Wear on your car
    Gas prices
    1000 miles plus a day
    Chemicals

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect! Pay what they deserve. Give your employees a company vehicle. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. The salesmen make the job seem like you could make a living doing this... you can't. Quit making promises you can't keep. Have equipment that works. If you say your religious believe in your Christianity and don't be a group of liars. I will never recommend this company to anybody!
