I have been working at Airgroup full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Always busy and something to do. Clean office. Nice co-workers.

    Cons

Over worked, double work load with no notification. Lies about raises. No incentive to do anything. No matter what you get 3% a year, or year and a half, whenever the decide to finally give them to you.

    Advice to Management

Don't lie to your employees and treat them like people.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Airgroup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexable schedule. Not much more that I can say about it.

    Cons

It is possible that you can get called in at 5,6,7 pm or later after being up all day and told you have to get somewhere 300 miles or more away on a hot shot, and if you refuse you get put in "time out" and dropped to the bottom of the rotation..

    Advice to Management

Life work balance is poor. People should be paid for on call time if you expect them to be available 24/7.
