Pros
You can be a manager with very few work experience. Above average salary. Good work life balance. Laid-back life style.
Cons
Unable to find another job after the runway project. Nothing to learn from these managers. Most of the staff are unemployable outside Hong Kong or China.

Pros
Really stable job, good benefit in terms of medical, well strcutured organisation, systematic workflow. If you wish to have a bored career life then this company will suit you.
Cons
Poor HR policy, when consider promotion they will prioritise management trainee program candidates even the MTs don't have relavant experience because they are grantee with an Assistant Management position at the end of the programe. This causing bosses to assign big projects or high profile projects to MTs instead of ordinary officers. Very bad appraisal system, the number of good appraisals are fixed every year which means employee who worked so hard with great contribution in a big project (let say cross department project with people > 10) might not get a high score appraisal due to following reason: 1. MTs are grantee with a good appraisal (which consumed one good report every year), 2. Employees who are favoured by management will get a high score appraisal no matter how bad is their performance (a very bad culture in Asian Company, rule by man). As good appraisals are the entry tickets for promotion and bonus, this is completely unfair to officer grade employee under this system. Also, the salary is unreasonable. For a non-experienced MT, they are paid with 30k, a 6 years experienced officer only worth 20k in this company. The truth is they don't value employees with technical experience, but only people who are good at examination.
