Overall culture is great Facilities are 2nd to none in NZ Welfare of staff has a very high focus At a low level of impact open for challenge

Executive make many decisions without gaining prior input from employees People safety in the higher risk appointments is in need of much more focus Insular in their thinking, with most people being old hands and resistant to change Turnover of people in the last year, especially of new challenging mind and long standing staff has been high; mostly from redundancy.
