    I worked at Akashi Japanese Restaurant part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    They were very flexible with scheduling, and wouldn't ask why you couldn't work certain days like other places do sometimes.

    Cons

    Language Barrier, all the time, very difficult. Also, they only give you 20% off food, even when you're working. You do get soup and steamed rice free though.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you don't mess anything up with peoples pay checks, because you can't explain well enough how you're fixing it.

    goood at the increment and salary and i m satisfy with the house and car provided by the company it is according to ur desgination

    nothing,the atmosphere is good ,the salary awesome, car n house nice great building
