    I've been working for AlKifah Group for quite sometime now and I find it to be a great place to work at. The environment is great and dynamic, the people are genuine, and the experience is definitely worth it.

    After a while, your life starts to revolve around your work.

    Pros

    Al Kifah is good for starters as u ll get to learn lot of things. HR has improved from previous years. Management is just ok. Less work pressure.

    Cons

    After a level nothing new to learn. No proper salary hike unless u give resign.

    Pros

    Good to start your gulf career, clients like RC are very helpful and accommodating.

    Cons

    Salary not upto the industry standard, very pathetic HR, no help from management of any sort, caged employees. No professional growth yet, Arabs not competent to work but have been given too most positions.

    Advice to Management

    Revamp the HR, give employees some respect and give them their due credit.

    very friendly environment, where you can start your career and develop your skills and get experienced in new field. overall environment is healthy, staff members are very cooperative, management committee is highly professional, experienced and supportive

    Cons

    Training courses are very minimum , career path is not clear, salaries are lower than expected, health insurance is low-class
