    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Al-Razaq Computing as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits are great, the company offers 401K, Medical & Dental, Vacation pay of 2 weeks for the first 5 years and also offer sick leave pay.

    Cons

Al-Razaq is a small business that depends on contracts to be kept a float, in the case that their contract terms are over there will probably be no positions.

    Advice to Management

Management should do whatever it takes to make sure employees are satisfy and motivated.

    Pros

Paid Government Holidays. Paid Health Insurance for employee only.

    Cons

Pay is EXTREMELY LOW, especially for living in Silicon Valley. No Raises and only minimal amount of compensation for receiving a promotion. Family Health insurance out-of-pocket costs is higher than average.

    Advice to Management

Pay a decent wage! We don't live in TX. And even if we did, we would still be in poverty.
