    I worked at Al's Pizza full-time

    Pros

    Al's is always hiring.
     Why?

    Cons

Owners are completely disconnected from one another- from the place itself as well as from their management and staff.
One owner is careless and irresponsible. He expects his employees to work like dogs and then refuses payment.
He is the main honcho yet he is rarely present. He knows nothing about the business. He makes poor decisions which in turn hurt the staff as well as over all well being of this business.
His lack of respect and appreciation for his customers is apparent to everyone. He is uneducated and inexperienced.

The partner who is almost never present has no idea what's going on. He turns his head to his partners poor habits and poor management of this old family business which is pretty upsetting.
Neither owner care about their staff.

Owner comes to work high and scattered brained.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the partner and allow the business to succeed with proper management.
Stop promoting inexperienced staff just because you're afraid that someone with half a brain will see how poorly things are run and how uninvolved you actually are.

There is nothing worst than working for a phony fraud and a childish paranoid druggy.

I have been working at Al's Pizza (More than a year)

    Pros

If you work a full day you get 1 free meal. Kitchen employees get 25% discount even when not at work. This also includes other Al's Pizza restaurants.

    Cons

The only downside is you'll never get weekends off. So no surfing at the beach. You'll work 11am to 11pm. They don't allow overtime. Even though you work all day Saturday & Sunday they''ll split the difference or send you home early during the week so you don't get overtime.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to switch out weekends with other employees who have gain time that never work weekends. It isn't fair to always have to work weekends.

I worked at Al's Pizza part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Female Waitresses to look at and women from the beach

    Cons

You work with some people who can't speak english, you hardly ever get a raise, always start with minimum wage, you are undervalued and underpaid and unappreciated so there's no incentive to try hard except them telling you to, kitchen jobs are the dirtiest, most stressful and most demanding but the most underpaid. They don't get tips while even cashiers do. Waiters can make hundreds in a night but kitchen staff is stuck with the lowest pay possible despite doing the majority of the work. Also their products are poor and overpriced.
