    I love the college students that I meet and see everyday. My colleagues are the BEST we are all really, really close. I love the family atmosphere that we have in our office.

    Cons

    dealing with others outside office is a pain. It takes so long to get things done because everyone is not on the same level technologically. Tons of PAPER when things can be electronic. POLITICS plays a big part in every thing
