I worked at Alain and Marie Lenotre Culinary Institute full-time

    Pros

The school is a great place for someone who is seeking an entry level position with no experience. It is a great place to learn.

    Cons

Cons may include the working dynamics. You can take on as much as you want to, but the pay will not increase much. It is good for experience though.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if the pay would compensate the work performed.

I worked at Alain and Marie Lenotre Culinary Institute full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Most employees are great. Pay was good. Enjoyed my job. Free food at lunch after the spoiled, a hole chefs stuffed their faces.

    Cons

Alain and Marie and racist, arrogant, and disrespectful. They treat employees horribly. No trust for their employers. They always think you are out to destroy their business. They expect ridiculous amount of work that are almost impossible to obtain. Nothing you do will ever be good enough. Mr Lenotre will insult your work without thinking twice. They yell at and belittle their employees in front of students.

    Advice to Management

Put the students first. Treat employees with respect. Stop illegally hiring chefs and other French people for positions.
