    Low pay, sometimes there can be drama between departments.

    A college is suppose to work together to help support students, maybe cut down on paying for unnecessary things to the faculty and staff

    paid benefits, lots of time off, and pockets of great people.

    Cons

    very bureaucratic, low pay and very little employee appreciation. old school mentality.

    Advice to Management

    look into best practices, hire innovative managers. people stay in the same job too long, clouds strategic thinking.
