Great customer centered business. Nice employee health care & retirement benefits. Nice travel benefits.
Cons
Just joining the business you are the lowest rank & have no seniority. You work the worst shifts, mandatory overtime, extremely anal about being on time. Politics is big in the San Diego location. Some leads are extremely old and just need to leave. They are rude to new employees. Almost like a hazing period of proving yourself.

Flight benefits and absolutely nothing else.
Cons
This company is an absolute joke. They treat employees horribly, the disrespect is astounding. They refuse to invest appropriately in technology, so their reservation system is a dinosaur. Meanwhile they make their empty drag iPads everywhere with them that can accomplish about 40% of their job efficiently. Uniforms are hideous and uncomfortable, if you can actually get one that fits. If you are a non-standard body type, be prepared to fight for any uniform pieces, while simultaneously being disciplined for not having said uniform. I was driven to tears numerous times just trying to get a uniform that fit.

Great overarching moral standards, care for customers and each other, relatively decent pay, flight perks, can be flexible with hours by doing trades
Cons
Terrible health benefits, not what you get, but how much they charge you in order to get it. Not worth paying into something when you could set that money aside and have it going toward your medical bills. Have to wait 30 days to do trades.
