    Pros

    Great CEO

    Friendly coworkers

They empower the employees to do the right thing!
    They support you!
It’s a union.. the union protects the employees.
    AMAZING benefits

    Cons

Low pay. We’re behind pay wise. Hard to live as a single female in Alaska only on this job. It’s a union.. can’t just get a pay raise.

    Advice to Management

Continue to back the employees. Start paying more, you’re seriously behind. Your benefits may be nice but it’d be nice to actually use them without killing my bank account.

I have been working at Alaska Airlines full-time

    Pros

Has survived many crises financially. Never bankrupt. Some employees have been there for a long time, they must like something.

Numbers over everything else. Employees are afraid of speaking up, and no one wants to be identified or get their head up. Stuck in their ways.

    Advice to Management

People are afraid, you are missing out on their experience and loyalty.
