    Pros

Great travel benefits! Work from home opportunity.

    Cons

Who can live on $12.14 an hour?

    Advice to Management

Instead of paying all that money to Russell Wilson... how about you pay the people who are on the front lines? It's time to invest in customer service!

    Pros

Great hometown company and Great CEO.

    Cons

Education means very little, tenure means more. I left because I didn't want to wait another 20 years to get the position I deserved. Within six months of leaving, I was at a title and salary fitting my education and experience.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people and value employees who do good work.

I worked at Alaska Airlines full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the training, the "Alaska Airlines Spirit", and the friends I made while employed with Alaska Airlines. The starting pay is low but the health insurance benefits were great.

    Cons

The probation period is more stressful than necessary in my opinion. With flights very full, it was difficult, if not almost impossible, to take advantage of the flight benefits.

    Advice to Management

Bring more of the "Alaska Airlines Spirit" built and encouraged during training into the actual airport stations. New employees don't need additional stress.
