    Employees were fun, good people. Good benefits, dental, medical, profit sharing.

    Crazy shifts, could be boring.

    Very flexible schedule once you have a bit of seniority, excellent travel benefits

    Cons

    Open 24 hours a day 365 days a year so hours can be difficult at times. Pay could be better

    Alaska Airlines truly values their employees! It is such an honor to work for them!

    It's sometimes hard to be away from home. Once you're off reserve, though, your schedule is super flexible!

    Pros

    Alaska is and will continue to be a huge success based on the passion of it's people. Everyone believes in what they are doing. I wish I was still involved at this company.

    Cons

    Small and regional company. Merger with Virgin still unclear to me.
