    Pros

Very strong focus on safety and airline performance. We have the ability to cross over roles and lead a wide variety of projects. Great flying benefits.

    Cons

Hybrid working location (3 days in office, 2 days work elsewhere) when jobs can be done fully remote. Pretty old school processes. Below market pay for most salaried positions.

    Pros

Collaborative culture with caring coworkers. Work you do has the opportunity to make a big impact on the airline & customers. Flight benefits are cool (when you can use them with flight loads)

    Cons

Pay not as competitive as some of the other Seattle area companies

    Pros

Airline that cares about their employees and customers. Lots of company events and incentives.

    Cons

Less flexibility with schedules at small stations. Part timers are often required to work six days while full timers work four.

    Complete lack of Leadership.

    Pros

They have nice new aircraft and the employees are great to work with.

    Cons

Management is comprised of bean-counters who know nothing of leadership or accountability. Their only mission is to fill their pockets and thus only concern is shareholder returns. They put safety below their own interests and that is not good in the airline business. In their defense they have put out some great ideas like RNAV approaches and the 'Airport of the Future.' The milage plan is also good. Mainly, the way they treat employees is awful and there is no leadership.

    Pros

Flight benefits, flexibility in shift trades, company feels genuine, company gives out positive space travel with great performance award.

    Cons

Part of union. It seems the union protects bad employees who would otherwise get fired if employed elsewhere. Union is mandatory and fees deducted out of paycheck. Union doesn't do much for employee. Pay is low and competitor airline without union pays starting CSA $5 more an an hour at same airport. Why do we need the union?
