    Pros

    Coworkers become family. AML is flexible with family obligations and circumstances. Friendly and laid back environment typically.

    Cons

    Management plays favorites Employeess should be treated fairly and paid equally based upon your years of experience and responsibilities. Workload should be balanced between employees.

    Advice to Management

    Go back to the early management style. Revolving doors. Sympathetic to situations. Smiling! Listen to your employees. Listen to tell surveys.

    Good place to get internship experience. Accepting to ideas and recommendations. Extremely knowledgable and experienced management.

    Pros

    The bonuses when actually given out... These could be very helpful throughout the year and you could sometimes get up to 3 a year.

    Cons

    Disconnected upper management, no accountability for shoddy work from coworkers, a faulty information system with little visibility that was very archaic
