I worked at Alaska USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my time at this organization, great management abilities and rewarding culture. The orientation was exceedingly informative. Great company.

    Cons

If it was not for the horrendous pay that was sustained, I would have continued my employment with Alaska USA. For the amount of work and skill needed for the position, I could not comprehend why so little was offered in relation to the salary.

    Advice to Management

I do not have any advice that I would like to give to the management.
