    Pros

    Nice learning and development, work life balance, noble employee employer relationships, global presence, ahead of the vision in leaping to taking positions on what comes up in 2020 and beyond while maintaining right top quadrant in Gartner magic square technological realms

    Cons

    Some of the areas it is growing rapidly is on balancing its doers and upper cream which is not 100% an outstanding performance cloud, there is a mission in place to do corrective action called performance programme but is cued by tangential offshoots to taking penny wise policies while lagging behind some of the newer players who stepped into its comfort zones in some areas

    Advice to Management

    CEO CTO should work backwards dinosaurs beneath to reach to work horses who have ideas for correct many a thing that is easy to accomplish if top management listens to rock bottom upwards unhampered by red tapes and political and push pulls at helms of affairs in the corridors of power
