I worked at Alder full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They occasionally provide lunch on Fridays.

    Cons

They really don’t seem to care about the employees at the call center. They lack in training, give you about a week of shadowing and then throw you out one floor on the phones due to the high volume of calls and not enough workers. They are always against customers and never seem to try to help in favor of the customer. The salesmen only care if they are getting paid from the account and have been known to Stretch the...

    Advice to Management

Be more consistent with the policies they apply. Try to help the employees feel more valued and appreciated. They might stay longer

I have been working at Alder full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Everybody seems to have a strong work ethic and team goal in mind. The career opportunity is real here, growth can be seen within weeks and hard work is recognized. Perks of a "smaller" company. This has been the most refreshing and supportive company I have ever worked for

      Cons

Parking can be tough! Going from start-up to established has its challenges but man it can be fun. Alder is here to stay

      Advice to Management

Keep it up, stay just as involved in all departments as you have been!

I have been working at Alder full-time for more than 5 years

          Pros

I’ve been with Alder for more than 5 years now. The company has been experiencing steady growth for quite awhile now and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. I’ve learned a lot from working here as a service technician.

          Cons

I’ve heard of guys complaining, but it’s because it wasn’t their passion.

          Advice to Management

          Great work from management
