Pros
Alder has been a great place to work. The culture has been amazing and the people I work with have become some of my best friends. I don't know of a company that has handled the Covid crisis as well as they have. To my knowledge I don't think they have laid off any employees. Its cool building too.
Cons
Sometimes the parking is bad
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Great company culture. They really focused on ethical sales practices and dealt swiftly with anyone acting in an unethical manner.
Cons
Hard work. But hard work means good pay
Our CEO modeled the way by being the very top sales person. We absolutely believe in merit and rewarding for hard work and great pay! Thank you for your review and recommendation for Alder!

This place is unbelievably amazing!
Dec 15, 2016 - Anonymous Employee in Orem, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The CEO, Adam Schanz is inspiring. He built this company from the ground up, self funded and is very passionate about doing things better than any of our competitors and it shows! We have a fun culture, people care about and respect one another and this place has amazing potential. If you have the desire to work hard, make a huge difference and definitely want to be noticed (fly on the radar, take over the whole radar) then this place is for you!
Cons
We don't offer the same benefits as some other larger more established places. If that's truly what you're motivated for right now, then we might not be the best place for you just yet. We are growing and as we continue to succeed, we'll likely see a lot of these other perks come into play. For the time being, we expect that you'll come in and capture the vision and bring your own vision to contribute.

Manager responds quickly to questions. Lots of content to write. Good company culture.
Cons
At one point I was getting paid a couple days later than expected but Alder has ironed out how they pay their writers so it's all good in my book.
