Pros
Alder has been a great place to work. The culture has been amazing and the people I work with have become some of my best friends. I don't know of a company that has handled the Covid crisis as well as they have. To my knowledge I don't think they have laid off any employees. Its cool building too.

Disruptive organization that is committed to it's employees. I love the small-town feel and the ability to interact with key decision makers daily.
