The professional development is nice, the kids can be amazing depending on your campus, the size of the district is advantageous at times.
Cons
Teachers do not truly matter in this district. They pretended to care during COVID-19 but not they pile on excessive duties due to the teaching shortage. Too many expectations on teachers with little appreciation.
