    Pros

I was lucky to have management above me who looked out for my career path. There also wasn't too much overtime worked unless there was a large project being worked on.

    Cons

Upper management did not treat employees well. There was constant turnover in some departments and even mid-level management. Too much of the "blame game" being played, not enough encouragement and fostering of employee growth.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. If you choose to hire cheaply, don't complain about the quality of employee you're getting in return. Instead, shell out a few more bucks for quality employees and proper training.

    Pros

Great breakroom, nice private bathrooms. This is the building I can't think of any pros other than it beats unemployment.

    Cons

Very restrictive environment. Poor management. Low pay,top heavy...the employee manager ratio is off, there s an employee for every 3 manages...

    Advice to Management

Close your doors this company won't make it.

I worked at Aldridge Connors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You have a job.

    Cons

    Under qualified management staff.
    Unprofessional attorneys.
Under paid and no bonuses for those who deserve it. Due to budget cuts you will not get a bonus yet they hire officers and other upper management positions that pay triple as a paralegal.

    Advice to Management

Pay your hard working employees. Treat your employees with respect. Hire better HR employees who are far and actually investigate situations. I've seen good employees fired because they were not liked. Ridiculous.

I worked at Aldridge Connors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Convenience. Getting here from any direction is under 15-20 mins. Best location! HR has a great open door policy! The pay is "ok". Consistent with the market.

    Cons

Unprofessional. There is a manager who consistently bullies employees and talks down to them. Most of the best parts of the team have left or are leaving. Benefits are costly! Better off getting a plan under the marketplace.

    Advice to Management

Training on management skills and round tables with employees would be helpful

I worked at Aldridge Connors (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was good and I was able to do overtime. Work independently, not many people will bother you.

    Cons

HR is a mess they will take forever to get back to you. People in all departments are constantly getting fired and they are not being replaced in a timely manner. I went a couple of months without a supervisor. Some of the workers are extremely loud and annoying, in particular the clerks. Lack of structure at this company yet your constantly under pressure to complete massive workload. Would work 50+ per week and come in on weekends.

    Advice to Management

Hire more individuals to help with the workload do not set unrealistic goals for your workers.

    Cons

Very quiet office, can't listen to music on head phones

I worked at Aldridge Connors full-time

    Pros

There are no pros unless you like having them steal your pay. They owed me money when I left and I never got it. But they want to better their reputation. HAHAHAHA!!!

    Cons

Bad management, no respect for people other than themselves. Crappiest place I ever worked. They put four or five desks in a room and then line people in the hallways on folding tables to work. Management and their friends have big offices. Cubicle city otherwise.

    Advice to Management

Give it up. The only people you're foreclosing on are the employees you pay too little to make ends meet.
