I worked at Aldridge Pite full-time

    Pros

Its difficult to find a Pro with a company that does nothing to improve work life balance.

    Cons

No end in site constant pressure to operate well beyond capacity.
    Health Benefits a sham
    Micro managing beyond reason
    Raises...None
    Recognition ...None
No analytical evaluations of capacity management, and no balance of workload.

    Advice to Management

    1) Protect your people. It is fine to have deadlines, but asking your team to go beyond capacity everyday and not protecting your employees and pushing back is unreasonable. There is never level loading of expectations and responsibilities...management constantly pushes employees at 150% everyday with no end in site.
    2) It would be helpful if management actually analyzed capacity of their departments and reported this information back to senior Management...because the expectations are not real and cannot be maintained indefinitely at the constant performance levels you slave drive your employees to achieve.
3)Stress levels are off the charts, supervisor micromanage and push just as hard.
    4) People are leaving in droves, and Senior management has a difficult time of balancing employment satisfaction and revenue. Outsourcing is apparent as well....leaving many employees concerned about job security.
    5) I have witnessed supervisors and employees getting sick because of high stress levels.

    Pros

If you desperately need a job.

    Cons

Perks only for the under educated in management positions. Managers Supervisors team leads come into the positions with bartender experience. All are friends of friends that "hang out" after work. No room for advancement unless you're yes man. Racism runs rampant one FC manager constantly walks around staying "Crack the whip" and is still employed to this day & the company employs at 60% of African Americans. If any rebuttal is given to superiors they start digging for things to write you up & then terminate you all the while their daily routine violates company policies but nothing is never addressed. So the corrupt behavior stems from the CEO trickling down the management tree. If you think of yourself as a slave this is the place to be!!

    Advice to Management

The unjust and evil actions of you all will not go unpunished. In due time!!

I have been working at Aldridge Pite full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Though it's little, I'm receiving income. It has potential but it will take drastic measures for that to take place.

    Cons

Very low company morale, very low pay
They want your experience to load you with work, but don't want to pay you for it. Overall, this is the place where dreams come to die.

    Advice to Management

Interact and engage with your staff more. I truly feel like a number, not a contributing employee. The only time I hear from my supervisor, it's in an email telling me about all of my wrongs. Even though the training being giving is lack luster and horrible.

    Pros

Paid holidays, receive PTO, you have sick time. Managers are very lienent with time off.

    Cons

They say you get a raise, but never receive it. They pay you so little for so much work. The work space is cramped!

I worked at Aldridge Pite full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Casual work dress so you save money on clothes. There are some really nice people that work there so get to know people outside of your team or department. Good work is always recognized.

    Cons

Lots of favoritism which sucks for people that don't play politics. Poor work and a poor attitude will get you fired if you don't already know that.

    Advice to Management

You have a manager with the initials L.A. who is great! He has great people skills and knows how to meet the needs of the business well. Model him! I worked for him before I moved out of state last year.

I have been working at Aldridge Pite full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hours are very flexible. My department is not micromanaged. The buckhead office is a great workplace.

    Cons

Growth is limited. The pay is not that competitive, neither are the benefits. The company lacks rewarding the employees with fun events and perks. Spend all their money on the execs with bonuses and all kinds of trips.

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees about as half as much as you reward yourselves.
