I worked at Aldridge Pite full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I worked here for a year. The only good part about the job was the team of people I worked with.

    Cons

Management did not know the job and could not answer employee questions. Most employees came to me with questions. People were not trained properly and just thrown into the work. This place was a revolving door.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the employees and management are properly trained before throwing them out on the floor to do work.

I worked at Aldridge Pite full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They are great at step 1 conversations but no follow through

    Cons

Lack of training material. No clear communication. Overwork their employees and gave no incentive. Fires their employee if they give a notice with no explanation. Never a decent raise and low starting pay. Treated their employees as numbers and not as assets. All around disrespectful, misogynist, racist and small minded.

I worked at Aldridge Pite full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are no Pros. Do not work here if you have any other options.

    Cons

While employed at Aldridge Pite, I witnessed and experience racism, retaliation, prejudice, and a sexist environment. Promotions are based off of if you are apart of the “Boys Club”. Promotions are not merit based but based on the color of you skin and who you know. Processors are told that they are not qualified for promotions but are expected to train new supervisors who have no experience what so ever, but they are a part of the “boys club”. Management lacks knowledge of the materials and are not equipped with the tools to manage a department. The company business is at an all time low because of poor management and the mistreatment of their employees especially African Americans and women. HR allows retaliation to take place in the work place. The overall environment at AP is hostile and unhealthy. AP lacks integrity as a company.

    Advice to Management

AP needs all new management on the operations side up to and including the directors. The company business will continue ti decline until this takes place. Read the reviews that the current and former employees are writing, the truth are in the numbers. AP needs a serious change to thrive and the change in management is needed.
