I have been working at Alerio Technology Group full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The Ownership and Management really cares about the customers and the employees.

The customer base is appreciative of the work that we do for them.

This is a great place to learn and grow your IT knowledge.

    Cons

There have not been any cons for the past several years. There is a nice healthy growth of the company happening now.

    Advice to Management

Keep up doing what you are doing. We have a great base team and I look forward to seeing what the future brings.

Small company. Needs to continue to grow to create opportunities

    Advice to Management

Keep working at growing the company, it is really great to have people that care about the customers and employees.

    Pros

This is a great company to work for. The negative reviews on this website are posted by a number of unethical and poor performing individuals. They worked hard to disparage the company for their own personal gain. They post to this website because it is easy to throw stones as an annonymous person. Just poor form.

    Cons

It is a small company with growing pains. The employees try hard to deliver to the customer and do a good job.

    Advice to Management

The managment needs to continue to focus on the positive and work through the small company issues. Great place, caring, and customer focused.

    Pros

They are a small company focused at growing and making a difference for their employees and customers.
Recently the management has begun removing some of the bad employees from the company. These bad employees were bringing the toxic environment. The main employees are loyal and dedicated to the Company and Customers

    Cons

Small company with challenges, but good direction and approach.

    Advice to Management

Keep going the same direction you have been for years. This will continue to be a great company.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The company really strives to be the best. They have good meetings with good ideas but lack a good implementation strategy.

    Cons

There are truly many managers and their role overlap that it makes a big burden on employees and then customers suffer. The managers are not truthful with employees and then employees leave. Managers are also not familiar with the products they offer to their customers. Employees are subject to a lot of work hours without adequate compensation.

    Advice to Management

You will most likely fail so its just a matter of time. Stop posting lies about former employees that they were let go, they all left and you guys know it.

    Pros

The management group is very good at defending itself. They practice weekly, as they need to be prepared to defend themselves at virtually every customer meeting.

    Cons

With 25% of the company staff in a "C" level position, you would question who is left to keep the customers happy? No doubt, this organization creates toxic people.

    Advice to Management

the Perils of Self-Promotion - “Reams of psychological studies show that being perceived as modest is associated with a wide range of positive outcomes. The message is clear: People do not value confidence unless it is accompanied by competence—and even when it is, they prefer to see as little confidence surplus as possible.” - from a recent Harvard Business Review report

I worked at Alerio Technology Group full-time

    Pros

Former VP of Operations was a solid leader and great guy to work for. 5 minutes from Cherry Creek Mall.

    Cons

Unhappy and disgruntled people in the work place. You deal with unhappy and disgruntled customers. The CEO is short on courtesy and will not even acknowledge you. Pay is below industry standards.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice that would make a difference at this point. Either fire the CEO or get bought out, then and only then could Alerio possibly be a decent place to work.

I have been working at Alerio Technology Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many C-level Managers with a staff of 10!!!

    Cons

Toxic environment with dedicated loyal staff. Sadly the staff is just loyal to the clients they serve and each other. Management has NO loyalty to the people they serve or the people who work for them. Sell a bill of goods that they can't deliver.

    Advice to Management

    None they know it all....

    Pros

Focus on customers growing. Very stable employment. Benefits good. Adding more customers all the time due to efforts of all.

    Cons

sticking with planned schedules not always working so get moved around from job to job before completely finishing. Seems to add cost to work

    Advice to Management

get some sales people with experience

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

You learn how to deal with depression and stress

    Cons

Operations chooses to send technicians from out of town when there are more qualified ones locally. They don't reward or compliment the sales staff who have been there for years. Their company trucks are junk and unsafe.

    Advice to Management

Someday you will realize your loyal employees should have been rewarded and paid what they were promised
