    Pros

    never missed a pay check but I worked hard for my money

    Cons

    not safety minded at all was told if you don't like it go home

    get all new management

    Pros

    I don’t really have anything positive to say about company except that work shift is great.

    Cons

    Inmates run the asylum! Union basically does what it wants and you have no backup from upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Doesn’t matter they won’t do anything anyway.

    Pros

    Decent pay, good work life balance especially if don't need to work OT, no real hard labor

    Cons

    Cater to the people who complain the most. Up for sale so who knows what the future holds. (History has shown the industry is stable )

    Advice to Management

    Stop catering to those who complain only makes people complain more to get their way.

    Lots of opportunity - Some (1 or 2) like-minded people (highly organized, data driven, proactive)

    Cons

    Lots of opportunity - Resistance as all heck to change - Constantly wear multiple hats - Lack of fundamentals for improvement - Culture

    Advice to Management

    Let some of the middle-management and dead weight go: It's astonishing, the amount of people that literally do nothing day to day and do not contribute year over year.

    Promote and or pay your "doers" appropriately -

    I had a lot of opportunities to be involved with many projects and it was a great learning experience.

    Employees are stretched too thin and overworked.

    The IT department is too top heavy.

    Good company, good benefits, nice team environment.

    Cons

    Not much room for advancement without higher education. Bachelor's is required for most salary positions.

    Spend more time focusing on giving advice to the ambitious ones and helping them reach their goals.

    The people are very helpful. They're willing to put in the time to help you learn. They genuinely want to develop their employees.
