    Pros

Supportive and fair work environment. Friendly and helpful community.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is the segregation between divisions - which is hard to avoid!

    Pros

Small class size, supportive families, educated and dedicated teachers, amazing facility, most classrooms have offices, staff development opportunites available, benefits,

    Cons

As the economy in the area continues to worsen, so do working conditions - less prep time and more expectations are put on teachers.

    Advice to Management

Involve teachers in the overall direction and guiding principals of the school. Continue to use teachers as partners in these as well.

    Pros

The spirt of the place is excellent. That is if you like learning and adventure. pleanty of oppurtunities for both of those and lots of resources for doing just about anything. you can be involved in anything from out of the country trips to sports or theater.
As far as technology goes this school has some of the best middle level business to small enterprise equipment. They really like to stay upto date so they replace about 20 or so computer every year, that is one lab.
    Location is fantastic

    Cons

Since it is education the pay is a little low. not much room for career advancement.

    Advice to Management

Really none, the administration at the time i left was quite good.
