I worked at Alexander Wang full-time

    Pros

    Relaxed fun company. Great people.

    Cons

Doesn't pay competitively in the industry. Will hire the next person to pay less rather than give a raise to keep a good employee.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Alexander Wang full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great to have on resume, generous PTO, first dibs at sample sales

    Cons

Terrible management/barking orders instead of mentoring, cliquey, low pay compared to industry standard, office environment is stuffy and unfriendly, company generally doesn't care about its employees or building morale - everyone is pretty much miserable.

    Advice to Management

Do not micromanage, help employees learn and grow rather than talk down to them and write them up for simple mistakes. Build morale. It's clothing, try to lighten up.

You do not get paid and long hours. However you are compensated with a leather accessory from the new collection.
