    I worked at Alexander's Uniforms full-time

    Pros

Flexibility, Opportunities, Loving and Caring People

    Cons

Family Business, little room for growth

    Advice to Management

Put the business decisions before family. There are a few employees that are family members and always get the benefit of the doubt over the faithful employees

    I worked at Alexander's Uniforms part-time

    Pros

    The pay is pretty good.

    Cons

    Very disorganized.
    Very poor communication.
Lack of vision in the company.
    A lot of mixed messages.
    Poor treatment of employees.

    Advice to Management

It's pretty shady to target the only visibly LGBT person in your company. Just saying.

    I worked at Alexander's Uniforms full-time

    Pros

There are no pro for this job

    Cons

Was at this job for a couple of years. Over worked, You pretty much do more than what you are getting paid for, You are suppose to do the work of 5 people or you get yelled at for not working hard enough, Make any small mistake and its the end of the world. Yelled at and verbally abused on a daily bases. Get blamed for higher authority's mistakes to make themselves look better.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and not only go by what someone else is asking you, Everyone lies to cover their own. If you want the truth, ask the employee not the higher authority.

    Pros

Steady paycheck. Hours are ok, but not great. Really, not much positive to say....its a job....

    Cons

I was hired as a store manager, and spend most of my time on outside b2b sales. No possibility for future promotion. This is a family business.
If you want to have a career, I dont suggest you apply here...they really only take care of family members.

    Advice to Management

    Stop micro managing !!!!!!!!!!!!!
