Cons
The company will be lucky to be open in 6months with how it’s being executively managed. The single investor they have is an unstable emotional wreck who changes his mind about how much money he’s offering and who will be employed every week. They are laying people off because of “money issues” yet the investor turned CEO is offering to higher outside people or give more money to select few people staying.. They are paying for an exec member to fly back and forth from NC every week and paying for their accommodations here during the week. There’s no chance of career development, no bonuses or inflation increases in 4+ years. Plus Fort Myers is not a great area to be in.

Lots of great people people, but not good leadership. If you are considering, really do your homework.

For a company of its size and still in full R&D with investor only backing the pay and benefits are really good. Lots of great people who are very smart and educated. Employees are willing to put in the time and effort to be successful.
Cons
The pool of good people is decreasing as many have been leaving. It's understandable that the company needs to go where the money is, but many times it is knee jerk reactions and if some planning was put into it they would be much further ahead. I feel that the company continues to over sell and under produce. Leadership doesn't appear to have a good plan. They continue to focus on parts of the business and engineering design that should probably be farmed out to experts and not their core competencies or market focus. Too many leaders not doing what they are preaching. I feel that they really like to focus on the very visible aspects and not the foundations that need to be established for then to actually get into the markets that they are trying to break into.
