I went through the final round of interview last Thursday with the CFO. It seemed to have went well, she said she'll talk to me soon. I haven't heard back yet. When is an appropriate time to follow up. And should I email the recruiter or the hiring manager?
I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?
I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span.
