    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Alison Brod Public Relations full-time

    Pros

    - Client list and access to products
    - Exposure to the public relations, marketing and influencer industries
    - Open work environment

    Cons

    - Little to no support from upper management - you basically get thrown in without any guidance.
    - Office atmosphere is a bit intimidating and not very approachable when you have questions/need help.
    - The company culture is very focused on appearance rather than the hard work you put in.
    - Success and promotions seemed like it was based on how many hours you put in at the office rather the quality of your work.
    - There was no formal review process, even after 6 months.

    Advice to Management

    - Pay attention to your new hires and staff to see their progress. Check in with them more often to make sure they are thriving.
    - Review the quality of your work/life balance.
    - Create a more regular review process for employees - especially new hires. Don't wait till 6 months + after they started to check in with them.
