        Advice to Management

        - Pay attention to your new hires and staff to see their progress. Check in with them more often to make sure they are thriving. - Review the quality of your work/life balance. - Create a more regular review process for employees - especially new hires. Don't wait till 6 months + after they started to check in with them.
